From our terms and conditions we have defined a page view as:
"means each time a page of the Website is successfully loaded, including by the same IP address as recorded by Peakhour's Service. For the avoidance of doubt, a page view will not be counted where Peakhour's Service blocks a request to a page of the Website."
We record page views by means of a javascript beacon placed in a page, this means the requesting browser must execute javascript to be counted. This is similar to how Google Analytics counts page views, and using their report will give a good indication of which Peakhour plan you will be on. Just keep in mind that Peakhour's beacon will likely pick up more views, as it is common for Google Analytics to be blocked by browsers.
